A distinctive peaberry selection bringing together Gori Gesha and Illubabor, this coffee brings together peach, strawberry, tangerine, and jasmine alongside subtle spice and a tea-like quality. The coffee is specially prepared by screening for peaberries at screen 12, creating a highly selective lot that highlights these smaller, naturally occurring beans. Pronounced acidity adds energy to the cup, while floral aromatics and ripe fruit carry through to a refined finish.
