Tier: Representing 10% of our total farm production, these exquisite coffees are full of complex flavors and super rare. The rarities are the top coffee Gesha Village produces outside of our auction lots and are frequently chosen by internationally competing baristas.

Mossto Honey process: This type of coffee is produced when pulped coffee beans are fermented anaerobically in a fresh juice of compressed coffee cherries containing pulp and skin enzymes. After fermentation is complete, the beans are dried on raised African beds under the sun for approximately 3-4 days then shade dried for another 27 days.
